I just added this after I published this. so here they are from july 15.

Well one of the baby doves has taken flight and is sitting up in a branch with mama dove about 15 feet above the nest. Unfortunately the other baby is still sitting in the bush nest and doesn't seem the least bit interested in taking flight. mama is keeping a watchful eye on him, however she seems dubious that baby number 2 is ever gonna get going. I wonder if he wasn't hurt when the nest was moved (if it was moved, I really don't know how it got to be in the bush). It did seem like one of the babies was always a little more advanced than the other. I guess we shall see. I took pix of them with my cell phone yesterday when they were still in the nest which I will try to post here whenever the uploading issue with blogger and me is resolved. We have named mama dove Audrey after Audrey Hepburn. The babies don't have names yet.
